Kerry has a Bachelor of Arts from RMIT and has worked as a professional writer and producer since 1990. She has been involved in the production of magazines, web sites, education curriculum, training materials, CD games and, more recently, multi-platform documentaries that are produced for the big screen, television and online delivery.

In the mid-90s while based at a media agency in Melbourne, Australia, Kerry produced web sites for the Victorian Environment Protection Authority (EPA), the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA), the Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) and the Health Promoting Schools Project among others.

Kerry then spent 18 months living and working in the United Kingdom in the late 90s, during which time she worked at Pixelpark, then Europe’s largest multimedia agency with offices also in New York, France and Switzerland. There, Kerry developed online content and marketing plans for AOL, Netscape Online, Compuserve, Sony’s Friendfactory and Comet (a consumer electronics retailer).

Upon her return to Australia Kerry started her own business, Evolve Media Consulting, at the end of 1999. Over the next four years, she produced numerous corporate and business web sites but aspired to move into the film and television industry where she could tell stories rather than sell widgets.

In 2003, Kerry produced the web site for the Australian International Documentary Conference and, since then, has specialised in producing documentary web sites and DVDs.

In conjunction with Hatchling Productions, she secured funding for the web site to accompany the award-winning documentary ‘The Man Who Stole My Mother’s Face’, then oversaw interface design and the production of all content (http://www.themanwhostolemymothersface.com).

In early 2005, Kerry produced the web site for the multi-platform documentary ‘I Told You I Was Ill: The Life and Legacy of Spike Milligan’ (http://www.spikemilliganlegacy.com).

Having just completed this site for Hatchling Production’s ‘The Burning Season’, Kerry is now developing several new cross-platform documentary projects.
